Kadri is a common person with an infectious positive approach to life and has a great ability to share her personal experiences through her moving stories and insights.

Kadri is from Estonia and has lived in Denmark for 10 years. She speaks charming Danish, making her lectures even more entertaining.

Kadri is passionate about job satisfaction, customer service, personal leadership and human connection. She is extraordinarily skilled in communicating to ordinary people with simplicity and humility.

Why hire Kadri?

Kadri isn’t really an expert at all. No university education (actually taking her high school first now as a 32 year old), no huge achievements which could be measured in DKK, no celebrity status (only 3000 friends on FB, from whom she probably only knows 300 of them) and she still has to use Google translate to check her spelling both in English and Danish (not the best source to check with though).

But still, why hire Kadri then?

Maybe because her knowledge comes from the school of hard knocks of life and that makes her respect her audiences and vice versa. With many of them she can connect and to others, she offers a unique perspective. Maybe because it is her childhood in Estonia, which left her hungry(starving) for human connection and for pure survival she developed those extraordinary skills of connecting with people. So she walks the talk of what she preaches. Maybe it is the fact that already as a 28-year-old she was an orphan. Maybe it was at those times meeting death, again and again, where she learned to look at life through the eyes of a three-year-old, with awe and wonder and curiosity. So when she shares her stories, you feel the pain and the joy and you are moved and you can not help not to reflect on your own life. Maybe it is the fact that as an 18-year-old mother she had to escape Estonia and build a totally new life for her and her daughter. Maybe it is the fact that she left everything behind and had to build a new foundation in a new country and in a new culture (very different from the old Soviet Union). If you can manage to learn to speak Danish, you must be pretty smart anyway. Maybe it is the fact that she can’t help being so insanely passionate about sharing what she has learned in her small 32 years of life with anyone who would just listen. It is hard to pinpoint, what makes Kadri so special that she should come and inspire your people but one thing is for sure, if she does get the pleasure of that, she will give everything she has and she will touch, inspire and give perspectives which don’t come from university books but from the real life(her own life): beating the odds of statistics with strong personal values, hard work, sweat and tears, with believing and with never giving up.

 

 

Mere End

Foredraget ”Mere end” er et inspirerende foredrag i arbejdsglæde, kundeservice og medmenneskelighed. Foredrag er bygget op på Kadris personlige, ærlige og sårbare historier fra sit eget livs erfaring og arbejds erfaring, som rører dybt de individuelles hjerter, for at hive frem mere medmenneskelighed og nærvær, som i så stor grad mangler i vores relationer. Man er nødt til at se bagved de roller man spiller. Når vi tager hensyn til mennesket og ikke den rolle de spiller, så kan vi bygge en stærk relation til dem og når relationerne vokser så vokser foretning også. Foredraget er en kombination af personlige shistorier og sjover øvelser, der får alle i rummet til at tænke over, hvordan de ser deres rolle som medarbejder, kollega og kundeservicerepræsentant.
